What happens in the story
Willy leaves the line and discovers that his way can help others too.
Willy escapes the factory into sunlight and reaches a forest where every sign points in the same direction. While the other wheels follow the usual route, he notices a narrow, overgrown path and chooses it.
The new path is not easy. A bridge throws every sound back at him, so Willy slows down and finds its rhythm. A painted hill is too slippery to climb straight, so he rolls in zigzags and uses the colors as steps. From the top, he can finally see that the crowded road was never the only road.
Willy returns and shows the other wheels what he found. Some hesitate, then follow. His different choice becomes another option for everyone.
